Because of a serious riding accident that had left me unable to ride through fear and pain,I went to have some EFT with Anne.
Through the EFT, I am now back riding, competing at western competition events and have even started my young pony. All this in a year! I can also drive my car with no flash-backs, and have even ridden a quiet pony down a major A road. I would highly recommend Anne for any rider with confidence issues, or issues that are affecting how you live your life. It is a non-invasive method that has highly effective results. This combined with Anne’s teaching, has had a very positive and profound effect on how I now look to the future and how I live my life and dreams!

My father was murdered several years ago and i have lived with the horror of that image ever since
(I was there). I heard about Anne through a good friend, who finally persuaded me to meet her.
The rest as they say is history....
My nightmares have gone, along with the panic attacks, the guilt and the feelings of helplessness that had stopped me doing things - anything really - in my life, both at work and socially. I am now getting married and looking forward to the rest of my life . Thank you so much Anne

When i found out recently i was dying with cancer, my head just felt as if it would explode with the pressure - i was so angry and guilty and confused and so many things, i couldn't think straight, or sort things for my family....... Then i was introduced to Anne and through her help, i was able so see and think clearly and let go of all the rubbish that had seemed so important for years and actually isn't.......I feel in control again and able to enjoy my family while i can.

I would like to thank Anne enormously for helping me and my young horse Bezique after being involved in a serious accident out on the roads.
Like many people you think nothing will happen to you, but it did.
Two years ago now I was crushed by my young horse whilst out hacking on the roads, a stupid car driver forced me off the road and down a ditch.
My injuries where so severe to my chest I didn't think I would ever ride again or ever compete my horse again.After several months of recuperation, I decided that I would put her up for sale, not really wanting to, but could see no way forward.
I was then introduced to Anne by a friend who thought she could help me and my horse Bezique.
At first I was scepticle as Bezique had lost all faith in me as I was very nervous around her in case she pushed me or knocked my chest. After several sessions with Anne on the ground, she became a lot calmer and happier and Anne started to ride her.
I was still in pain months after the accident so Anne asked me if she could try the EFT therapy with me, I said that it wouldn't do any harm, as I was still taking pain killers on a regular basis.
We sat for 30 minutes at the stables where she had me tapping and humming tunes, repeating sentences and telling her how I was feeling. I felt a bit silly at first but thought it was worth a go.
After the session had ended Anne asked me how I felt, I couldn't believe that the pain around my chest had gone. I was totally amazed after just one session.
Anne carried on the sessions with Bezique and I gradually gained my confidence back.
Now it is 2 years since my accident and I have just ridden in my 1st dressage test and gained 67.37% on Bezique, I couldn't believe it. I am so grateful to Anne who was there when I really needed her, otherwise I would probably have given up and now just be a bored house wife at home.
